Photos of your box before it ships

We buy from distributors in Japan and check every box in Belfast before it's listed. Before yours ships, we email you photos of it: all six sides, the corners and the shrink wrap. You get the exact box in the photos.

If you think your box has been resealed or is fake, send us photos within 30 days of delivery. We compare them with the photos we took before it left. If we can't show it left sealed and genuine, you get a full refund including postage.

Delivery and returns

UK orders go by Royal Mail: Tracked 48, Tracked 24 or Special Delivery. International orders go by Royal Mail International Tracked. Every box is already through UK customs, so UK orders have nothing to pay on arrival. Checkout shows every option and its price for your parcel's weight before you pay. Shipping details

You can cancel within 14 days of delivery while the box is still sealed. We can't take back an opened box as a change-of-mind return. If it arrives damaged or already unsealed, contact us within 48 hours with photos. Returns policy · Terms of sale
